Digital Products and services

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and it is not possible to refund them. 

Physical Products and services

You can cancel an order you placed for a physical product within 14 days from the date of submitting the order. 

The Aris Zervas Website will refund your fee. 

Refunds take place within 7 days from the date of submitting the cancellation. 

To submit a cancellation, please use the general contact form. Provide your order number and description and state that you wish to cancel the order. 

The return of the products is done at the expense of the customer. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, in order to deliver the returned products to the main Aris Zervas Website address. 

The returned products must be in pristine condition, and the boxes have to be unopened. No returns are accepted if the boxes / seals are broken.
